1. About PalaWin

PalaWin is a sports prediction and analysis platform. We provide booking codes and betting tips based on our own analysis and opinions. We are not a bookmaker, betting operator, or financial institution. All bets you place are done through third-party betting companies at your own risk.

2. Eligibility & Responsible Use

By using PalaWin, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or of legal betting age in your country.
• You are accessing our services from a jurisdiction where sports betting is legal.
• You understand that betting involves risk and that losses can occur.

You agree to use our predictions responsibly and not to chase losses or stake money you cannot afford to lose.

3. Nature of Predictions & No Guarantee

All booking codes, predictions, odds and tips provided by PalaWin are based on analysis, statistics and personal judgement. They are not guaranteed to win.

4. Subscription Plans & Access

PalaWin offers different subscription durations, which may include (but are not limited to) daily, weekly and monthly plans. By purchasing a subscription:

• You gain access to booking codes and tips according to the plan you have selected.
• Access is strictly personal and must not be shared, resold, or transferred to another person.
• Prices and plan structures are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect an already active subscription period.

5. Days with No Matches & Booking Codes

There may be days when there are no suitable matches or competitive fixtures available for analysis (for example: international breaks, off-season periods, very low or risky fixtures, or technical/data issues).

On such days, PalaWin may decide not to publish or send any booking codes in order to protect users from extremely low-quality or forced predictions.

This policy exists so that we maintain quality and do not provide forced or reckless predictions just to fill a day.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of digital information and instant access to booking codes:

• All subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
• No refunds are issued for losing bets, bad runs, or dissatisfaction with results.
• No refunds or extensions are provided for days when no booking code is sent, as explained in Section 5.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

• You will keep your login credentials and subscription access secure and private.
• You will not copy, redistribute or publicly share PalaWin booking codes or content without permission.
• You are fully responsible for how you use the information we provide.

8. Limitation of Liability

PalaWin, its owners, admins and partners shall not be held liable for:

• Any financial losses you may incur from using our predictions or booking codes.
• Decisions you make on external betting platforms.
• Issues caused by third-party bookmakers, including but not limited to account suspension, bet cancellation or system downtime.

You use our service at your own risk and agree that your maximum remedy for any claim related to PalaWin is limited to the amount you paid to us for your current subscription period.

9. Changes to These Terms

PalaWin may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
